Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received through the secure CMI payment gateway. All amounts are charged in Moroccan Dirham (MAD); the equivalent in EUR is shown for reference only and is based on a fixed conversion rate set by the organiser.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to it@esca.ma. Refund eligibility and any applicable processing fees are determined by the organising committee. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
An official receipt is sent automatically by e-mail upon successful payment. Requests for a nominative invoice or any billing change should be addressed to the organising committee.
Personal data collected during registration is used solely for the organisation of the conference and is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection regulations. Payment card data is handled exclusively by the CMI gateway and is never stored on our servers.
The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers or venue arrangements should circumstances require. Registrants will be informed of any material change.
